Q1: How do you guarantee your product quality?
A1: From material purchasing to production finishing, we have a
full set of strict inspection process to ensure exceptional quality
problem, including IQC, QC&A, OQC. Moreover, before production,
our technology department engineers will assess the production
process to ensure each process in the right way.
Q2. What is the type of your LED resources?
A2: We use Epistar SMD2835 for led light source with high
brightness and low decay, and SMD5050 for RGB led panel light.
Different color termperature for your option,such as
2700-3200K,4000-4500K,5000-5500K,6000-6500K. And led CRI is more
than 80, and beam angle is biger than 120°.
Q3: Can you offer cheap shipping cost to import to my country?
A3: we have long-standing forwarder which can offer the most
competitive price for your reference. Normally, For small order,
express will be best .And for bulk order, it is better to by sea
but need much time.
Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on LED panel lamp?
A4: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and
confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
